This was our second visit to the Panorama Music Festival in NYC, where Dynamic Productions invited us to assist with the American Express AMEX Experience. As the title sponsor, AMEX wanted an exciting and exclusive space for attendees.
Dynamic Productions and Momentum Productions tasked Stretch Shapes with the ceiling treatment of their event space. Using our Universal Stretch Fabric and industrial hook system, we created a flawless, lit ceiling with our Tent Liners that impressed both day and night. The seamless installation took just 12 hours with four team members.
The client was so pleased they asked us to extend the fabric treatment to the walls. Our team quickly designed, sewed, and shipped the materials to Randall’s Island Park, completing the look in record time.
This project showcased our ability to respond swiftly to client needs, ensuring a stunning and cohesive event space.
Over the three days, the AXEX space had 15,000 visitors who enjoyed custom sunglasses and 360° light-painting photos and shared their experiences on social media.
