This product is offered in black or white. When ordering in white rest assured that we guarantee the brightest crisp white products on the market.

Printing*:
Looking to brand this product? We offer full color dye-sublimation printing on the stretch fabric. Our state-of-the-art printers produce high-definition large format images with Pantone color matching available. For print ordering, please follow our graphic requirements when submitting images. Functionality:
Our fabric allows some light pass through, perfect for creating stunning effects with external light wash or internal LEDs. If you are after complete coverage, contact a Relationship Manager to add a light blocking liner. Creates a finished display in conjunction with Truss Covers.

Installation:
Base plate covers are made to fit like a “pillowcase” over the plate. Simply slide the plate into the cover like and secure using the sewn-in hook and loop. This cover the entire plate except for where the truss stick slides into the pins.

Crafting:
All Stretch Shapes products are custom cut and made in America. Each Base Plate Cover is manufactured to encase the plate like a “pillow.” The stretch fabric Base Plate Cover “pillow cases” the plate and is secured with a sewn-in hook and loop strip.

Fabric:
All of our Truss Cover products use our premium IFR (Inherently Flame Retardant) Stretch Fabric. This is a 5.9 oz. 90% Polyester & 10% Spandex product that is stain resistant and machine washable. Even after multiple washes, our stretch fabric will still hold its IFR (Inherently Flame Retardant) rating.

Maintenance:
Truss Base Plate Covers get dirty, there’s no way around that, so they need to be washed occasionally. You can wash our Plate Covers with detergent plus a non-bleach whitener such as OxiClean® (for whites). Dry them in a standard dryer on low and they’ll come out looking like new while retaining their flame certification. They will always be wrinkle free due to the stretch material.

Inclusions:
For all of our Truss Base Plate Covers, we include a drawstring bag for storage*. Truss Base Plate Covers are excluded from our conventional 1-year warranty plan.

Certifications:
This product is handcrafted in the USA with stretch fabric that is IFR (inherently flame retardant) and passes NFPA 701, CSFM Title 19 & ASTM E84 flame certification standards, even after repeated machine washing. The flame-proofing with this tension fabric is built into the fiber of the material (IFR) and not sprayed on after production.
