Functionality:
Grids of Panel Wall Tiles are a fantastic choice for adding depth to any theatrical stage set, conference, or trade show booth. They are designed to work impeccably with LED up or wash lighting or hit with a projector for unique effects. Panels also do very well as stand-alone permanent architectural installations without lighting.

Installation:
Panel Wall Tiles easily assemble into a grid using the included spring loaded metal gate rings. Assemble the grid of tiles on your own or save time and money by having the Stretch Shapes team do a complimentary pre-assembly of your desired grid(s). If you would prefer to assemble on your own, simply lay out the grid of tiles and then connect the corners together with the included metal gate rings. This process is fast due to the spring loaded gate rings, making closure instantaneous! Once the grid is together connect it to your chosen frame. Many of our clients use box truss or pipe and base frames. We recommend discreetly securing it to the frame with stage tie line or cable ties (not included).

Crafting:
All Stretch Shapes products are custom cut and made in America. Panel Wall Tiles are cut using a rolling knife attachment so the edges are flawless and straight. The corners are finished with discrete ½” webbing tabs. Every product is hand manufactured with exact precision and expertise.

Fabric:
All of our Panel Wall Tile products use our premium IFR (Inherently Flame Retardant) Stretch Fabric. This is a 5.9 oz. 90% Polyester & 10% Spandex product that is stain resistant and machine washable. Even after multiple washes, our stretch fabric will still hold its IFR (Inherently Flame Retardant) rating.

Maintenance:
The Panels may get dirty, especially if they’re used as a permanent installation where they are prone to collecting dust. They may be washed with detergent plus a non-bleach whitener such as OxiClean® (for whites). Dry them in a standard dryer on low and they’ll come out looking like new while retaining their flame certification. They will always be wrinkle free due to the stretch material. Inclusions:
With all of our Panel Walls, we include premium spring loaded metal gate rings, a drawstring bag for storage*, a pair of handling gloves to prevent fingerprints, and a 1-year warranty card, all at no additional cost to you. All products are guaranteed against out of box material defects e.g. stains, rips, punctures or any other material defects. We also warranty our top quality workmanship in every step of the production process e.g. fabric cutting, serging, and sewing. We guarantee our seams will not come undone or tear and our corner mounts will last for the duration of the warranty (under normal wear and tear).

Certifications:
This product is handcrafted in the USA with stretch fabric that is IFR (inherently flame retardant) and passes NFPA 701, CSFM Title 19 & ASTM E84 flame certification standards, even after repeated machine washing. The flame-proofing with this tension fabric is built into the fiber of the material (IFR) and not sprayed on after production.
