Size:
This Candy Cane Printed Truss Cover with a pull over, or hook & loop, closure is designed to easily wrap around 12″ box truss segments that are up to 10′ long.

Functionality:
Our fabric allows some light pass through, perfect for creating stunning effects with external light wash or internal LEDs. If you are after complete coverage, contact a Relationship Manager to add a light blocking liner. As well, the fabric is not too thick, so it has the ability to transmit light if desired. It is perfect for creating stunning effects with external wash or internal LEDs.

Installation:
Covers install by simply wrapping around the truss and securing with the simple hook & loop closure along the back. There is no worry about slippage as the Truss Cover secures with tension. However, it is not so tight as to catch on potential burrs along the frame or come detached in the back.

Crafting:
All Stretch Shapes products are custom cut and made in America. This Cover is made with a hook & loop closure which means the tube of material may be opened and then closed to wrap around trussing. It is finished on each open end with a discrete 1” wide stretch hem border for added strength. Every product is hand manufactured with exact precision and expertise.

Fabric:
All of our Truss Cover products use our premium Universal (Inherently Flame Retardant) Stretch Fabric. This is a 5.9 oz. 90% Polyester & 10% Spandex product that is stain resistant and machine washable. Even after multiple washes, our stretch fabric will still hold its IFR (Inherently Flame Retardant) rating.

Maintenance:
Truss Covers get dirty, there’s no way around that, so they need to be washed occasionally. You can wash our Truss Covers with detergent plus a non-bleach whitener such as OxiClean® (for whites). Dry them in a standard dryer on low and they’ll come out looking like new while retaining their flame certification. They will always be wrinkle free due to the stretch material.

Inclusions:
For all of our Truss Covers, we include a drawstring bag for storage*, a pair of handling gloves to prevent fingerprints, and a 1-year warranty card. The 1-year warranty is of no additional cost to you. All products are guaranteed against out of box material defects e.g. stains, rips, punctures or any other material defects. We also warranty our top quality workmanship in every step of the production process e.g. fabric cutting, serging, and sewing. We guarantee our seams will not come undone or tear and our corner mounts will last for the duration of the warranty (under normal wear and tear).

Custom Truss Covers (Call to Order):
Stretch Shapes Truss Covers can be manufactured in any length up to 100’ and for any size (over 8+⅝” truss). Brand your Truss Cover with custom dye sublimation printing options, including Pantone color matching. Add a light blocking liner to any Truss Cover. Liners greatly reduce light pass-through and create a luxurious finished product. Additionally when a liner is added to a printed fabric, it drastically improves the color and contrast of the print. Circle Truss Covers can be built to perfectly match the circumference of your truss. End caps can be added to any Truss Cover and optional CNC cut plastic inserts may be purchased to enhance the finished look.

Certifications:
This product is handcrafted in the USA with stretch fabric that is IFR (inherently flame retardant) and passes NFPA 701, CSFM Title 19 & ASTM E84 flame certification standards, even after repeated machine washing. The flame-proofing with this tension fabric is built into the fiber of the material (IFR) and not sprayed on after production.

Black and White Truss Covers are In Stock and will ship the same business day if ordered by noon Pacific Time (3 pm EST). If the order is placed after that time it will ship the following business day. There is a chance orders will ship the following business day due to processing; if that occurs there will be communication. Please note that if an In Stock item is ordered with any other made-to-order item, it will all be held and shipped together according to the standard item’s dispatch schedule.
