Fabric
All our Flat Panel Sails are made with premium IFR Stretch Fabric. This stretch fabric, or tension fabric as it is also referred to, is inherently flame retardant (IFR) and is engineered for safety, durability, and high-performance stretch. The fabric is made with 90% polyester and 10% spandex, allowing you to install your Flat Panel Sails with ease. A two-ply hemmed border is added for additional strength and durability.
Printing
At Stretch Shapes, we pride ourselves on being perfectionists – “ that’s why we print graphics onto stretch fabric using a proprietary reverse-warp process. Our process allows us to print any graphic on stretch fabric without distorting the image. You can count on a rich graphic print that looks perfect even when it is fully stretched out.
Please review our graphic requirements, before sending us your artwork.
Through our dye-sublimation printing process, we can achieve rich, photo-realistic prints onto your Flat Panel Sail. We can also do Pantone color matching upon request.
When sizing your stage design or trade show backdrop, keep in mind that the maximum panel size we can print on without a seam is 12′. We can connect panels with a seam, however, it is not recommended unless the panel is a solid color to prevent alignment challenges.
