Fabric

All our Panel Wall Tiles are manufactured with premium IFR Stretch Fabric. This stretch fabric, or tension fabric as it is also referred to, is inherently flame retardant (IFR) and is engineered for durability, safety, and high-performance stretch. This fabric is 90% polyester and 10% spandex, making the application of this fabric easy while providing the perfect amount of tension to keep your wall looking good. The end result is an impressive professional geometric backdrop.

Printing

You can print on your Panel Wall Tiles! Add your organization’s logo in the center of each tile for a look similar to a media wall. For a more staggered look, you can print on a few tiles and place them throughout your backdrop.

Our design team is prepared to turn your art files into a life-size printed work of art. Our graphic design team has been working with stretch fabric and dye sublimation printing for over a decade. Over the years, we’ve perfected our patterns and stretch ratios to ensure your artwork comes out looking flawless, no matter the shape of the Panel Wall Tile you choose to print on.

Prior to printing your 2D Form stretch fabric, we will require your approval to ensure accuracy and consistency. Your Stretch Shapes representative will provide an accurate proof that will showcase your artwork as it will be printed on the Panel Wall Tiles.

Before sending art files, please review our graphic requirements and be sure to ask your Relationship Manager about artwork approval fees. Our state-of-the-art dye sublimation printers print at 150 dpi, which is extremely high for dye-sub printing on stretch fabric. The result is a photo-realistic print for your 2D Form scrim.
